What does the User Level stand for?

Hello!

First of all I'd like to thank you all for a great site! I have one question though, what does the User Level stand for in my profile (Author info)? I have User Level 3.

User Level 1 = Visitor/non-member
User Level 2 = Wincustomize member
User Level 3 = Stardock customer
User Lebel 4 = WinCustomize Subscriber
